About Me

I am a qualified Italian clinical psychologist based in London. I have extensive experience in the Violence Against Women sector across Italy and the UK, and I earned the DAPA qualification - Domestic Abuse Prevention Advocate. Specialising in trauma and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, I have enhanced my expertise through a course with PESI UK, led by Prof. Ruth Lanius. I am also a certified life coach through the UK College of Personal Development and a senior counsellor member at ACCPH.Throughout my career, I have facilitated group and one-on-one sessions, focusing on confidence-building and managing stress and trauma.I offer online emotional support, life coaching sessions, and psychoeducational courses.

Build Your Life Starting From Yourself

Do you ever feel out of sync with the rest of the world or yourself? Are you going through a stressful period and finding it difficult to feel better and regain positivity?Do you struggle to express yourself with others?
It can happen to experience stress and chronic stress and feel that there is too much pressure coming from the situations in which a person lives. However, in many cases, understanding habits that no longer work can help rearrange some conditions at the root of stress. In the course, you will learn some tools to deal with stress, manage emotions, and communicate in relationships that can make a difference in your daily life.
The 8 Weeks Individual Programme helps you to refocus and recenter yourself by starting from your needs, offering you the space to express your feelings, and finding ways to manage your emotional needs in a way that better works for you.

  • 8 online sessions of 50 minutes

10 Weeks Group Programme For Women

Build Your Confidence and Empowerment

It is hard to learn to give yourself the proper attention if you are a woman. Many social spaces like families, schools, and workplaces do not allow women to develop and express themselves fully and use different social skills to protect and assert themselves. The result is that often, women tend to do more for other people than for themselves, helping others by doing more emotional labour, and are usually at high risk of stress, chronic stress, and burnout.The course will teach the person to manage personal boundaries and use assertive communication, recognise relationships that can be draining, generate a sense of impasse, or might not be as supportive as initially seemed. The course will also teach to recognise personal habits that can make a person easily exploited and left with few emotional and physical resources.

  • 10 online sessions of 1 hour and a half

  • 10 consecutive weeks
